After making a deposit (usually 100,000 baht), the selected property is reserved for you. Next, we involve lawyers to prepare and sign the contract with the developer.
The first payment must be made within 30 days of reservation, usually 30% of the cost. The remaining payments are made according to the installment schedule. The final payment is made upon receiving the keys.
